Description

Select a current business story that could be used as the basis for analysis
such as the Boeing 737 Max, Tesla’s move into energy storage devices,
Facebook’s data privacy issues (hacked), etc.

Conditions of your Project
• Project is to understand current issues (think SWOT, etc.),
brainstorm/review options to change the situation in favor of the company,
and provide recommendations at the end of the project. The project is
NOT to solve the issue, but to analyze it and come up with future project
options.
• 4 Months is duration
• Budget of $150,000
• For resourcing, consider who are the stakeholders within the firm as well
as those outside that might be partners, vendors, etc.
• Normal work week: Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Central
