Select a project and justify it to me (get approval)
Start the project with clear business plan and/or Charter
week 4 – Develop the project goals, objectives (to be discussed in week 5)
week 5 – Develop product and project scope including WBS and WBS code (to be discussed in week 6)
week 6 – Develop schedule (sequencing, durations, critical path (to be discussed in week 7)
week 7 – Submit during the same week
In each week there will be a discussion of the deliverables achieved
Each point will be explained thoroughly then you start working on it
provided rubrics will be attached in a separate file in the same week
week 8 – Develop a project cost management plan based on the scope and schedule in VLab1, (to be discussed in week 9)
week 9 – Develop a project quality management plan and a project resource management plan (to be discussed in week 10)
week 10 – Develop a project communication management plan and a project Procurement management plan (to be discussed in week 11)
week 11 – Develop a project risk management plan and a project stakeholders management plan (to be discussed in week 12)
