Project

As the chief of your department develop a financial plan that addresses your organizations needs for either a new service line, piece of equipment, upgrade to existing equipment or community development project. It should show a justifiable need for the organization.
Your project must be measurable and add value to the organization or community.
The project should include a budget, inventory, cash flow, break-even, and/or other financial measurement tool.
