Professional Employment Agreement

The text discusses contracts in Chapter 4. Although Ohio is an "at-will" employment state (discussed earlier on
page 29 of the text), you have recently been hired and your employer wants you to draft your own employment
agreement. Research employment agreements/contracts online to guide you in developing your employment
agreement at your new fictional dream job.
Be sure to address all of the following in your proposed employment agreement:
Who is the fictional employer and address? (also list your real name and a fictional address)
What is the fictional dream job?
How long is the employment agreement for?
Is the employment agreement renewable; How so? (If not still address this) What is your position in the company going to be? What are your job duties? How many hours a week will you work? How will you be compensated? How will you be compensated for vacation and sick leave? Do you receive any benefits (health insurance/retirement)? (If not still address this)
When and how can either party terminate the agreement?
