Professional Development Plan

The Professional Development Plan is an outline of your professional goals and the steps you will take to meet those goals. Using the Professional Development Plan template as a brainstorming guide. compose a 3-page paper detailing your short-term, mid-term. and longterm goals for your career. This paper should be in paragraph format, double spaced, Times New Roman size 12 font, 1" margins, and free from grammatical and spelling errors. It should also include a brief introduction and conclusion. Please address the following questions for each of your short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals: • What are my overall goals that I want to accomplish in this time period? • How am I going to accomplish each goal? • What is my timeline? • What obstacles might keep me from obtaining each goal, and what can I do to overcome these obstacles?
