Problem statement

Using your research idea, this week you are to do the following:

1. Pick a theory that fits your research. Give an overview of the theory and how it relates to your research.
2. Discuss the problem that your research will address. Develop your problem statement that begins with: The
   problem is….
   When responding to a class member, confirm whether their theory appears to fits the research and if their
   problem statement is clear. If it is not, then provide constructive feedback that will lead to improvement in the
   theory or problem statement.
