● Does your religion encourage you to do certain things to help you through hard times, or are there any religious activities that you find to be particularly comforting when you’re suffering? (Examples: prayer, meditation, singing, reading religious texts, etc.)
● Thinking about a difficult time in your life, did you feel like your religion or your religious community was encouraging, supportive, or helpful? If so, how? If not, why not?
