Description
- Then prepare a 10-15 slide PowerPoint presentation (no more than 15 slides, the reference page does not count) with visual aids to describe your chosen disease/disorder. The following must be included in your PowerPoint for full points:
Describe signs/symptoms, inheritance, diagnosis, treatment, risk factors etc.
Include in your PowerPoint Presentation images that will count as your visual aid
Other visual aids could include a handout with images, images of signs of the disease/disorders, large drawings that can be scanned and added onto the PowerPoint - You must include your references at the end of the PowerPoint. References must be scholarly researched sources!!! (Significant points lost for not including references). Please cite all material in your paper and on the PowerPoint, including any figures used.

Any disease association with a website (Ex: www.diabetes.org/ for the American Diabetes Association) - Each PowerPoint presentation will be graded on the following:
Slide appearance (Background color, font, animations, etc.)
Information presented (facts, detail, importance)
Presenters performance (how well prepared the speaker is, how well he/she answers questions from the audience)
