This paper will set the milestones for my final 15 pages portfolio.
The Professor wants us to use as objects for research, the companies that we are currently working for.
The object for this research:
The Non-for-profit organization that I am working for, is a 501c3, based in New York and New Jersey. It is an international organization focused on providing education for low-income children. It has bases in 7 countries (Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguai, Argentina, Portugal, Brasil and the USA). Here in the US, we have developed many social and educational programs to fight hunger, poverty, and violence, mainly at schools. But now we are building our own Early Learning Center located in a high poverty and violence rates region, the Ironbound neighborhood, in Newark, NJ.
The organization Strategies:
Within our strategies, we use email marketing, social media channels (Face and Instagram), besides our website to promote awareness to our cause and ignite fundraising campaigns. We use to have a telemarketing system (not robocalls) to reach out to new potential donors. We have also, partners, volunteers and a loyal membership group of donors that we have to organize, manage and keep relationships with through a CRM called E-Tapestry from Blackbaud. I would like to include all this information on the paper. I think one way to do this paper is choosing a known charitable-educational organization as your model. You can use its a real name or a fictitious name.
