After you became familiar with definitions, causes and origins of terrorism. its patterns and actors before and after 2001 and its current trends, you evaluated both counter and anti-terrorist policies. Putting it all in a broader context, what do you believe is the most pressing issue in terrorism today?
  2. Throughout the past seven weeks we have discussed a range of threats, vulnerabilities and consequences that pose a risk to the security of the Maritime Transportation System. While cyber security remains the top threat, and the possibility of a "dirty bomb" or small boat attacks are mentioned frequently in the literature there remains other very viable threat vectors. Assuming cyber, WMD, and small boats pose threat #1, #2 and #3, what would be maritime threat number 4? Why did you pick this one and what can the on-going public-private security regime do to address it?
