Policy development in early childhood education

Description

Scenario

In a recent policy review under-taken in preparation for a compliance check of your education setting, it has been noted that you do not have an up-to-date Digital Professionalism and Communication Policy. One of the teachers also regularly talks about the workplace on social media and the Director has been communicated to about any legal breaches that may be occurring.

Develop a draft of your policy, individually, including the policy statement, rationale, procedure, scope, legislative/regulatory constructs, sources and authorisation/review information.

The rationale must include references and/or quotes that align with the policy content and its importance.
Your policy must include a minimum of 10 specific strategies within the procedural guidelines.
The policy must be clearly written for all community stakeholders.
