Polarbear Interview with a friend Q:  Are you aware of voluntary/assisted euthanasia and what does it mean to you? A:  I know voluntary euthanasia. It is a situation where an individual accepts to terminate his or her life in a manner that is not painful. Q:  Do you have a religious affiliation? A:  I am a Christian by faith and closely follow Christian religious doctrines. Q:  What are your world views on voluntary/assisted euthanasia? A:  My view towards euthanasia is that the action depends on the situation under which it is executed.  A critical evaluation of the reason for voluntary euthanasia is an ethical fact that the world should consider. Please limit response to 200 words. Thanks so much! Q:  Do you believe someone with a terminal illness has the right to end their life with the help from a health care provider? A:  It is not right to end one’s life in respect to humanity, but extreme health cases that exceed medical efforts while subjecting patients to further suffering deserve application of voluntary euthanasia. Q: Do you believe it is ethical or humane to keep someone alive when there is no quality of life? I think it is both ethical and humane to allow people live until the natural death claims their life.
