Planned Change Process: Evaluation

During this course, you have been creating a case study PowerPoint presentation on the planned change process based on a field placement experience. You will give this presentation during a supervision meeting in Workshops Seven–Twelve. Each student will present his or her own case study.
You have been incrementally creating your presentation in Workshops Two–Six. Each week, you have completed and submitted one aspect of the whole project. You have been building the four parts of your presentation over the last few workshops, submitting a piece of the whole so that you could receive feedback and improve your work before your final submission. After this workshop, your case study PowerPoint will be complete and ready for you to make revisions for the final copy.
In this assignment, you will create a draft of Part 4 (Evaluation) of your case study PowerPoint presentation, which is the last component/piece of the Planned Change Process project.
