Philosophies about effective teaching and learning

All professional educators should have a polished professional statement that summarizes their philosophies about effective teaching and learning. Your
statement should be about 2 pages in length, and it should convey, clearly, your ideas about teaching and learning in a diverse society. You should make
mention of the various topics covered in the course text: what it means to teach and learn, instructional planning and assessment, and the use of technology
in today's classrooms. You should also include your thoughts on social justice and equity in education, learner diversity, and working with students with
special needs.
