personal reflections in the course.
This assignment consists of TWO parts.
Vision Board Written Component
Create a vision board that contains the following:
1) Positive stress reduction strategies. Visually
represent how you currently cope with your stress,
and/or how you plan to cope with your stress in the
future. The emphasis should be on positive stress
reduction.
2) Your six wellness dimensions. Visually represent how
you implement each of the six dimensions of wellness
into your life. Clearly label each image as which
dimension it is representing (or group them together in
'section').
3) Your personal transformation into wellness (including
where you are now to where you want to be in the
future). This can be included as a separate section, or
integrated into the dimensions of wellness sections. This
is based on the behavioural change contract you handed
in. Visually represent the change(s) that you plan to
make in your life in order to improve your overall
wellness.
Include a 1-page explanation of your
vision board (no research required, it
should be your own thoughts).
For each of the three categories on
the left, explain your rationale for
choosing the pictures you chose
(focus on the top 2-3 images from
each section).
Explain how the images represent
the components on your board.
