Order Description Section 3 from the assessment brief: Career Action Plan – A Personal and Professional Development Plan In this section of your portfolio the material is geared around helping you to plan for your future career development through the production of a personal development plan. This part of the coursework therefore requires you to demonstrate your skills in writing SMART self-directed goals and preparing a development plan, setting yourself realistic goals and targets to work towards, necessary to develop the individuals’ employability, career development and success. You need to address and include the following items: a) Drawing on what you have learned during the module and what you have identified in your learning logs and from your personal SWOT analysis, you must produce 3-4 SMART personal goals focused on your career aspirations. b) Put your 3-4 SMART goals into the personal development plan template found on blackboard.
