You have been hired as a consultant to the Board of your selected organization. The Board is interested in determining the strengths and weaknesses of the organization as well as what opportunities and threats exist for the organization. Specifically you should analyze utilization trends and forecasts, internal organization and management issues, and financial trends. You job is to formulate recommendations to the Board on actions you believe (and can justify) are needed to strengthen the organization. You should prepare a written presentation of your analysis and recommendations, approximately 10-12 pages in length, double spaced with 12 point font." The report should consider:
