Paper Assignment Students will prepare a research paper on a topic relating to the material covered in this course, focusing upon how particular research in Anthropology has generated significant information. More guidelines, a list of potential topics, and recommended books and academic journals can be found in the Paper Requirements section of this document. 41 – All students must turn in an introductory paragraph, detailed outline, and a bibliography (other than the textbook) in class (see Class Topics and Assignments section below). The introduction must include a thesis statement, which is a concise statement of the focus of your paper. Final Paper – A final version of your paper, incorporating the suggestions made on assignments 1, will be due in class (see Class Topics and Assignments section below). This paper must be approximately 1,000 words (approximately 4 pages), double spaced, in 12 point font. Presentation – All students are required to give a presentation on the research they have done for their paper in class (see Class Topics and Assignments section below).
