Assessment Requirements:

??You must submit a detailed research report to evaluate the role of and importance of managing organizational change in organizations to help organizations sustain and grow by implementing change without employee resistance. While preparing the report, you are required to cover the following points.

1. Critically appraise your organization's existing culture and analyze whether it is helping or hindering the change efforts more often. Suggest a culture change plan to help your organization implement change quickly to achieve new strategies.
2. Validate the importance of learning organizational concepts in the change process and explain how leaders could benefit from failure and resistance to change to improve ?the change process by conducting an in-depth literature review.
3. As a change agent, propose essential strategies and recommendations (Minimum 7) to minimize the threat from employees who are resistant to change. Suggest what changes would you recommend for your company to overcome the challenges of the current scenario (COVID-19).
