Order Description Assignment Question Task: To survive today’s changing world organization has to be equipped with the modern technology in services and products. Choose a key issue or challenge faced by an Educational Organization. Develop a plan of action as to implement the technology and service within the organization. Marking criteria and assessment guidelines 1. Abstract: the overview of the research written to attract the readers. (3 Marks) 2. Introduction: your introduction should discuss about Organizational development and the importance of Organizational Development Leaning and should focus on the nature of the development /enhancement you plan to build. You should specify in outline form the manner in which these two are connected. 3. The body of the work should be based on; i. Literature Review: Models and other Proponents related to the task. (15 marks) ii. Develop a plan for using the models and proponents to develop your organization as to eradicate the challenge with the enhancement to be introduced or built or established. (7 marks) iii. Focus on the strategies and the manner which the whole task would be carried out. (Diagnosing, Planning, Implementing, Monitoring) iv. Identify the possible challenges that may have to be faced by the members of within the organization and outside. (Together 3rd and 4th part 20 marks) 4. Conclusion: overview how you will develop your plan for these tools, to include possible future improvement needs.
