Identify an organizational challenge within their own workplace environment (I used to work in a restaturant, you can create the behavior problem ) and develop a staff behavior change system using the evidence-based behavior analytic, organizational behavior management, and supervision research. The problem may be from the restaurant field. it must be a REAL problem, not an imaginary one). The staff behavior change system will be presented as a written report expressed in professional behavior analytic terms. Steps: Part 1 - Assessment
Pinpoint (identify in observable/measurable terms) a problem at your place of employment or a volunteer organization/agency of your choice. Students may use a retrospective problem if no current problem is available to them.
