1. To obtain a recent newspaper article (from within the last year, so, March 2014-March 2015)from a Canadian newspaper about an organizational behavior issue. The

newspaper article needs to focus on a particular issue or problem faced by Canadian organizations(either public or private sector).
2. Provide a one paragraph (3-4 sentences) concise summary of the main issue(s) discussed in the article.
3. Provide a through analysts of what specific organizational behavior topics are affected by the issue (eg., procedural fairness, intrinsic motivation). This section

should be fairly lengthy and comprehensive (I.e., approximately 2-3 pages).
4. What solutions (if any) are proposed by the article to resolve the problem?(one to two paragraphs)
5. Based on what we have covered in the class, what other solutions might you suggest? (At minimum, two or three paragraphs clearly outlining suggestions and how they

link to the course content).
