Order Description Oral interview- interview my manager about his managing conflict. In my oral interview, I asked my manager the problems that he?s struggling with and what are his thoughts on how he'd approach that? And the lists below Do you communicate your ideas well? Are you willing to make tough choices and have hard conversations? Do you have a good judgment? Do you manage by fear? Do they manage at all? Are you open and transparent? did the interview and most of his responses was positive so I just want you to write me he?s answers in positive way. Including the introduction and conclusion part.
