Optimizing traffic flow in intersections

1-Whole paper 6 pages.
2- research Question is :What are the best strategies of optimizing traffic flow in an intersection? with focus on Green wave strategy and arterial coordination, as I have requested for order #81593641 and #81600084.
2-I need it with some data and table and graphs
and some numbers for make a modeling of optimization, even assuming data is fine, if possible using excel sheet for that, clear graphs, bigger figures for intersections with explaining the strategies.
