Online banking service and customer satisfaction.

My research about online banking service and customer satisfaction. The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data by AMOS 26. Also, I applied SEM multi-group analysis to measure the moderation effect of gender in the SEM model.

The multi-group model did not convergence, therefore, I tried multiple to fix it by deleting some items as recommended by some authors. Finally, the model was convergent by deleting only two items from the same construct (There are some items still reminding in this construct).

Write two pages “justification” for using this approach to the convergence multi-group model. Also, you must add 15 references from high-ranking journals and Ph.D. thesis which used this approach to convergence multi-group model and they use AMOS software only (they must have same issues with SEM multi-group in AMOS).
