Physical Education Class Observation Report (30 pts)
Describe class: How the students are dressed (shoes for PE?), how teacher is dressed for PE, etc.
Describe environment: Any safety issues, equipment used, about how much equipment per student, etc.
Describe in detail what happened in the lesson: beginning, how students are organized, classroom
management (for example: how were partners, groups, etc., picked?), how the lesson ended, everything that
happened from start to finish of the lesson, length of lesson, etc. Please be detailed.
