Think about the general concept of nurse-sensitive indicators (structure, process and outcomes). Then apply
your patient's condition or disease to this and consider which type of indicators are specific to it. Be sure you
have covered all 3 types of indicators.
Select a condition or a disease.
Identify the nurse-sensitive indicators that relate to your selection and indicate if they are structural, process, or
outcome in nature.
Create a plan of care showing how you would employ the indicators to improve the outcome.
