NIFI-style Dialog Guide

Develop a NIFI-style Dialog Guide on a current divisive societal issue on Confederate flags. Considering the difficulty many people have in maintaining a civil dialog on these subjects, you will need to develop three (3) different positions/perspectives relevant to the current debate as part of your guide. Information sources may be from individual interviews, newspaper and magazine articles, and scientific literature. A bibliography is required (with field notes).
