Needs Assessments

According to the text, “needs assessments are program-level evaluation activities that aim to assess the feasibility of establishing or continuing a particular service program; and evaluation that aims to assess the need for a human service by verifying that a social problem exists within a specific client population to an extent that warrants services”.

Thinking about the agency you are examining for the evaluation paper, respond to each of the following:

· Name the agency that you are examining and brief description of it;

· Identify a needs assessment that the agency could consider conducting, explaining why you feel it would be important for the agency to undertake;

· Identify one particular group of individuals or key stakeholders that you would want to include as a part of the needs assessment and why they would be important participants;

· Develop 3 open-ended questions that you would to include as a part of the assessment
