Identify an organizations that are “changing”, I chose schlumberger company in Saudi Arabia-Alkhobar. identify this company and also you have to contact them and get a

sponsor that will help with this and include the sponsor name in the report. write a report about this company and how this company is undergoing a change.

I.    Identify an Organization:  Your group must identify an organization that is undergoing a change process. Only organizations that are “changing” in some way

will qualify for this project.  Once you have established that the organization is “changing” in some manner your group needs to make the following inquiry. One

organization per group must be idenfied.   Select a group leader for your project.

II.    Identify a Sponsor:  Identify a person in the organization who will be your group’s key contact person and who can also “sponsor” the group as it conducts its

research.

III.    Letter of Introduction:  Get the letter of introduction from Dr. Taylor to present your group to the sponsor organization.
