by equipping them to satisfy employers who seek to recruit students with academic knowledge of their field, transferable skills such as team working and presentation
skills, who know what their strengths are and can provide evidence to show how they have acquired and developed them.

This item will be marked as part of your portfolio. This item allows you to reflect upon your own self-efficacy beliefs and how these may be developed.

allow you to appreciate the nature of psychometric testing and to build confidence in undertaking such tests.

Assessment Criteria:
In order to pass the coursework, all of the elements must be completed. Incomplete portfolios will be awarded a marginal or poor fail mark.
The detailed assessment criteria are laid out below.
FIRST
70-100 All of the elements of the portfolio are completed. The student has provided detailed reflection where appropriate and demonstrates an appreciation of which
aspects of knowledge and skills need to be developed and why these are important.
The student shows evidence of wider reading and referencing and having completed self-directed study.
The student clearly identifies linkages between different elements of the portfolio.
The portfolio is well written and structured and the student
demonstrates excellent written communication skills
TWO - ONE
60-69
All elements of the Portfolio are completed.
The student demonstrates that s/he has reflected on the learning gained from class and that s/he has a good appreciation of key priorities for graduate job-seeking and
personal development.
The student shows evidence of wider reading and referencing and having completed the self-directed study exercises.
The coursework is well written
TWO – TWO
50-59 All elements of the Portfolio are completed.
The student provides basic reflection on the main aspects of the subjects studied but the Portfolio lacks reflective depth throughout the majority of sections. Answers
are broadly competent and appropriate
THIRD
40-49 All elements of the Portfolio are completed.
Makes only a basic attempt to reflect on learning. Writing is largely descriptive rather than reflective and only scant attention is given to the broader context or
referenced sources.
MARGINAL FAIL
35-39 Some elements of the Portfolio are incomplete.
And/or the student provides little evidence that learning has taken place. Answers to reflective questions are very brief and wholly descriptive. There is no evidence
of relevant subject knowledge/engagement in the
module activities
POOR FAIL
0-34 Several elements of the Portfolio are incomplete or inappropriate.
Poorly organized superficial descriptive writing with no reflection on learning. No evidence of self-directed study or further reading. Poorly written with numerous
errors.
Please make sure that all the data should cover 5 years, and the financial ratios should include Profitability, Liquidity, Efficiency, and Investment return.
