Models of Prison Management

    compare and contrast two different models of prison management, namely the control model and a human rights approach model. A good example of a model of prison management that uses the human rights approach is Halden Prison in Norway. An example of the control model of prson management can be seen in a facility like ADX Maximum security prison in Colorado. In this paper I seek to provide a critical analysis of the control model approach to prison management while comparing and contrasting it to the human rights model.
