Topic: Materials: Questionnaire sample descriptions

Materials measure (specify if you are using observation, secondary data, interview, questionnaire) and the programs you are comparing. Give a paragraph description of the procedure (remember, if you describe most of the information in the Materials section, the procedure will be short).

Follow the example as closely as possible, adopting it to your sample and design. The trick is to figure out what materials to use–questionnaire? interview? observation? secondary data records? Whatever you select must coincide with the dependent variables you are measuring.
