We are required to do a marketing plan presentation on the non-profit organization "Dress For Success"(https://dressforsuccess.org/). I got two part on the presentation, "Monitors and Controls" and "Contingency Plans" which is located on the last two slides of the attached PPT "Marketing Plan Presentation". another attached PPT "situation analysis" is like a basic introduction to the company. Please let me know if there is any confusion.

your blueprint for how you believe the business should be carried forward. This presentation
normally includes forecasts for sales, revenue, and profitability along with suggested
advertising and promotional budgets needed to attain these targets. For the purpose of this
course, and this assignment, we will assume that budgets would be available for reasonable
requests and thus we will only require budget allocations on a % basis across the various
marketing programs. Instead, emphasis should be placed on your ideas for establishing,
achieving, and maintain your marketing objectives. "
