I would like you to broaden my understanding in what would be my customer target if I'm targeting Benefit Appeals ? would it be 60+ or do I target people in care homes ? more skilled factory workers from 18+? I would like you to tell me what target area is good so that I can promote my services to the most relevant target audience. In addition to this I would like you to look at premium packages I can sell so I can increase my fee to new customers.What are the additional services I might want to offer to make clients experience more satisfying to there needs. For example : for family law, you could think about making flexible package for people to create based on: Process timing = how much would you charge to fast track it ? Process input required = how much would you charge for me to take full charge of the work? and get minimal input from your clients just to sign?
