As part of your discussion, you should consider incorporating references to appropriate legislation governing HR practices. When applying the relevant theories and principles to your chosen case, consider how you would seek to manage the presented issue of diversity if it arose in the workplace.
You should draw on examples from previous similar cases, comparing how the issues were dealt with and if these represent good practice.
