When the hiring professional shortcuts the system and does not thoroughly review and verify the application, as well as references, along with accurate information being provided by the applicant and your references, a bad hiring decision can ensue. For this discussion thread please complete the following: 1.Locate a credible professional or scholarly article and external to the course materials regarding standardized interviewing practices. Please summarize the article. Please provide a critique of the concepts being discussed. This substantiate your position citing your sources, including those of an hour course materials. AND 2.Please provide a professional example that will represent a bad hiring decision for further discussion. It is important to cite your sources that you use, reference, quote, or paraphrase.
