Making interventions in the domain HRM

Scenario: You are hired as a strategic management consultant for a chosen organization (preferably the organization you are currently working or any other organization where engineering products/services are offered). 4.Develop quality measures using basic TQM tools like 5-S and fishbone diagram for your Chosen Engineering Organization. [1000 Words, 20 Marks]
