Magazine-style (Like New Scientist/Chemistry World) article

My order is to write a magazine-style (Like New Scientist/Chemistry World) article (1500 words max, plus illustrations).
Topic: Biodegradable Polymers. Plastic packaging causes a serious problem as waste in the environment. You should present the advantages and disadvantages of using plastic packaging compared to alternatives such as paper. You could discuss advances in environmentally degradable plastics, how they work, and their advantages/disadvantages.
General instructions
– This article should be an educational and interesting article for people to read.
– You should explain the science at a level appropriate to an A-level student of Chemistry with an interest in the topic. You should assume that the person reading the article knows basic A-level chemistry, but does not know about polymers.
– You should reference your piece of writing at the end with a numerical list of references. For referencing, use Vancouver style.
– Use superscript numbers in the text at the relevant points at which the references are discussed and cite reference in a consistent manner. Try not to only cite webpages and refer to some primary literature too.
– You should use this source “D. Walton and P. Lorimer, Polymers, Oxford University Press”, and use some other very related sources.
Main instructions
Your writing should cover the following points:
1- General introduction to polymers.
2- The fundamental chemistry/science behind the problem,
3- The context (application) of the science,
4- Different sides of the argument.
5- You should try to think about where the field may go in the future.
