unique. Depending on the requirements of the grant application, you may need to supply other components. By this week, you should have a grant selected
as the funding source for your final course Week 5 project. In this assignment, you will refer to the Week 5 – Summative Assessment: Grant Proposal and
your specific grant application to create an annotated list of components that will help you to understand and plan your application. Please be sure you have
read all the weekly reading assignments before attempting this assignment.
Complete the Annotated List of Grant Components Template with the following information:
Provide a link to your chosen grant. This is a requirement!
Then list the components (documents, artifacts, communications, and evaluations) that will be needed for your grant proposal. Include all components
required by the Week 5 – Summative Assessment: Grant Proposal, as well as any grant-specific items requested in your grant application. Address the
following for each component:
Describe the item.
Explain the purpose of the item.
Highlight the key elements of the item.
Identify potential partnerships or collaborations needed for the item (if applicable).
Describe actions needed to create the item.
Provide any references or appendices needed for the item.
