The Impact of Early Childhood Education on Long-Term Outcomes
Background:
Early childhood education (ECE) is a critical investment in children’s future. Studies have shown that ECE can have a positive impact on a wide range of outcomes, including academic achievement, social-emotional development, and health. However, there is still much that we do not know about the long-term effects of ECE.
Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to examine the long-term effects of ECE on a variety of outcomes, including academic achievement, social-emotional development, and health. This study will use a longitudinal design to track children from early childhood through adolescence and adulthood.
