You are to complete the work as per the supplied brief. The intention of the report is to create a learning programme that will inform further studies/research in the chosen area. You are to approach the report from the perspective of someone undertaking a Doctor of Professional Studies, who intends to research vocational and applied learning models in secondary schools. You are to imagine that your background is as a vocational teacher who is now in charge of introducing and creating a vocational education programme in UAE secondary schools for lower attaining students, who works for the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates. You are responsible for researching international examples/models of vocational education in schools and from the research, designing a suitable vocational education in secondary schools model/programme/curriculum, suitable to the local culture and student population. You are also to approach the learning programme, learning profile and learning objectives from this perspective. You have much latitude as this is subjective.
