Leadership theory has had a huge shift from the more traditional "Great Man Theory" to more contemporary theories that look at the relational aspect of leadership. Today's theories also include looking at leadership as performance at various levels, rather than simply focusing on leadership at the apex of an organization. This week you will read articles that look at few leadership theories. These articles will give you a basic foundation, but is no way exhaustive.
