Leadership project

For your Leadership module project, you will prepare a Position Paper assessing the level of innovation and/or
agility of your home organization's
current state. The Position Paper must be written with your organization's leader as the intended audience
(Commander, Director, etc.). You will
also propose general solutions to improve the unit's level of innovation and/or agility.
Details
Based on the concepts presented to you in the Leadership module, you will assess the level of innovation
and/or agility of your home organization
through the following lenses:

• Effective Onboarding and Training in Organizations
