    Significance to Nursing/Nursing Education The use of eHealth in nursing education is becoming increasingly important as the healthcare industry rapidly adopts new technologies. eHealth has the potential to improve student learning outcomes and prepare nurses for the demands of the 21st century healthcare system. Literature Review The literature review on the use of eHealth in nursing education is growing rapidly. A number of studies have shown that the use of eHealth can improve student learning outcomes in a variety of areas, including clinical skills, knowledge acquisition, and critical thinking skills. However, there are also some challenges associated with the use of eHealth in nursing education, such as the need for faculty training and the need to ensure that eHealth resources are accessible to all students. Design and Methodology This research study will use a mixed-methods design. The quantitative phase of the study will use a survey to collect data from nursing students on their use of eHealth and their perceptions of the impact of eHealth on their learning. The qualitative phase of the study will use semi-structured interviews to collect data from nursing faculty on their experiences using eHealth in their teaching and their perceptions of the impact of eHealth on student learning. Sample Data Collection Procedures The sample for the quantitative phase of the study will be nursing students enrolled in a baccalaureate nursing program at a large university in the Midwest. The sample for the qualitative phase of the study will be nursing faculty who are teaching in the same baccalaureate nursing program. Data Analysis Plan The quantitative data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical tests. The qualitative data will be analyzed using thematic analysis. Ethical Considerations This research study will be conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Belmont Report. Participants will be informed of the purpose of the study, the risks and benefits of participation, and their right to withdraw from the study at any time.
