Is the World Bank's classification undermining cooperation in MIC?

Order Description It is a critic to the current classification of the World bank (Low income , middle income and high income countries) which is an object of International Public Policy, and the aim is to assess how successful these have been. The aim is To focus on cooperation and the effects that this classification is having on MICs. The final essay should be an answer to a question (i.e. ‘why?’ or ‘how?’ or ‘is?’) and should have an argument that answers that question. It should not be just a description.
