  Is Architecture Art or Science? In the Context of ‘Linear thinking and lateral thinking’. Architecture has always been defined as the practice of designing and constructing buildings that mirror the rich complexity of societies. Architecture can be seen as art as well as could be expressed as science; in both cases, architecture is the representation to the architect’s ideas and the reality of people. However, if both Art and Science are employed in visualizing and creating architecture, how do you find a balance between the artistic creative inspiration and the scientific structured thought processes?
