Me:Thank you, I just wanted to do a quick interview with you.
Kuwait Airways: Sure.
Me: Would you like to go on with this interview in english or arabic?
Kuwait Airways: I dont mind both.
Me: I will read out the consent form for you first. (and then i read the conest form for the manager
Kuwait Airways: I agree, I have no problem.
Me: Shall we start with the questions?
Kuwait Airways: Yes.
Me: Do you currently sell or provide sleepwear to passengers?
Kuwait Airways: Actually, We dont provide any sleepwear at the moment but we actually are working on providing these products but with Kuwait Airways logo printed on it .
Me: So Kuwait Airways logo should be printed on any product you have?
Kuwait Airways: Yes, Each product we provide should have Kuwait Airways on it.
Me: Would this product be a complementary product or an optional in-flight purchase?
Kuwait Airways: It would be a complementary product but for our first class passengers only. we can only provide complementary products if they have kuwait airways logo printed on it.
Me: Is it because of its high price?
Kuwait Airways: Well, yes.
Me: What is the minimum order requirement?
Kuwait Airways: From 10000 to 15000 per order.
Me: What are your lead time?
Kuwait Airways: Our lead time is between 4 to 8 months. as it goes through a long process.
Me: What are your payment terms?
Kuwait Airways: our payment terms specifies in 30 days from the issue of the invoice.
Me: How do you work with startups and small businesses (if you do)?
Kuwait Airways: We dont work with any type of businesses or brand as we produce our own products.
Me: Who is the decision maker or who is the person who is responsible of purchasing our type of product?
Kuwait Airways: Our sales department our responsible for any purchases made for Kuwait Airways.
Me: what is you buying process or when do you usually buy?
Kuwait Airways: as i mentioned, we rarely buy products from other businesses as we produce every product we provide our passengers with during the flight.
Me: How do you source new products?
Kuwait Airways: We use web technology to source our products as you may know our future is destined to web sales in future.
