influenced by the Accor branding and prepare a case study report detailing how they
integrate sustainability into their operation and what additional best practices they
can incorporate.
Your case study report needs to include the following:
• the sustainability programmes in use and which models they are based on;
• critical analysis of the drivers and risks presented by managing sustainably;
• critical analysis of the challenges and opportunities presented by managing
sustainably;
• the practical steps that have been already been taken to implement and
improve business sustainability;
• a comparison with a ‘best-practice’ organisation in another industry that is
noted for their sustainability effort; and
• identify additional steps that can be taken by Tainui Holdings based on your
comparison.
