In our projects we can facilitate ‘innovation sessions’ with our client and project teams. The innovation sessions are designed to spark ideas that help overcome project or operational challenges. Participants include representatives from outside project teams that are directly impacted by the challenge. These ideas are then presented to our clients, and contribute to the building of collaborative partnerships that go beyond ‘one solution’ thinking. Our business systems also support innovation.
